* A leading Facilities Management & Technical Services provider

Your new role

* Working Monday – Friday, 40 hour week, working directly for a leading facilities management provider, across a prestigious office for a digital company.

* 20% Front of house, 80% facilities support / workplace coordinator.

* You will be the client-based support, first point of contact to deal with or escalate any facilities queries. Liasing with the client regularly, responsibility for contractors, building checks and ensuring any maintenance issues are escalated.

* Building walk arounds and checks, meeting and greeting, meeting and conference room set-ups, identify any potential maintenance issues, booking in and overseeing subcontractors, permits to work, helpdesk duties including scheduling reactive jobs out to the engineer’s via CAFM system as and when required, dealing with email correspondence and updating the client and other stakeholders on the job process, meeting SLA requirements etc.

What you'll need to succeed

* You will need to have experience within Facilities Management, in a workplace coordinator / facilities assistant / team leader or Supervisor role.

* Any building service-related qualifications are beneficial but not essential.

* You will need to have a good technical understanding, strong communication skills and the experience and ability to work with CAFM systems.
