Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Work Coordinator/ Administrator to join our team, based in the North West region (Knowsley). You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £19,814.34 per annum Plus Benefits.

As our Work Coordinator/ Administrator, you will be handling calls, scheduling a range of works and manage customer and client relationships.

Responsibilities for the Work Coordinator/ Administrator will include:

Manage contract requirements for a range of jobs

Handle calls, schedule a range of works

Manage the customer and client relationships

Validate each job to ensure the required information is available

Ensure all regulatory information is updated and logged in real time with status updates on the internal system

Reschedule jobs that fall out of programme

Prioritise and schedule backfill and reinstatement tasks,

Provide an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, to maintain levels of service delivery and programme works in line with contract specific requirements and engineer and supervisor capabilities and timescales

What we are looking for in our ideal Work Coordinator/ Administrator:

Good level of education, previous call handling/ scheduling experience, ability to operate a computerised data base system, demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage change
