This is the PERFECT role for a Deputy or strong Senior Carer looking to eventually progress to a Registered Manager position. You will be supported and mentored by the Home Manager and ultimately will be the next Home Manager when an opportunity becomes available.
Amber Mace is currently recruiting for a Trainee Manager to work within a Care Home located in the Cardiff area. The home is a purpose-built property, which provides residential and nursing care to elderly residents, some of whom are living with dementia or other age-related conditions.

As Trainee Manager, you will be responsible in supporting the Manager in the day-to-day running of the home. Your key responsibilities will centre on management of staff, care delivery to residents, recruitment, training and ensuring that the home is run in accordance with company and CQC policies.

• Experience working in a Nursing Home
• RMA Level 4 OR NVQ 5 Qualification in Health & Social care
• Registered with Social Care Wales
