Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £60,000 – £70,000 Per Annum + Benefits Package
Location: Somerset/ Hybrid Working (3 Days onsite)
Hours of work: 37 hours

The Role:
As the Technical Lead/Integrator you will be responsible for the following:
* Provision of technical focused project delivery expertise to client/site to support the drive to Fuel Free Verification and Decommissioning.
* Provide a consolidated view of the work ongoing and needed to make the site deconstruction programme a success up to C&M entry. Act as an interface between all the technical, project and managerial stakeholders.
* Interface between client (Investment Delivery and Nuclear Decommissioning) and site Projects.
* Provision of a broad technical leadership on various areas, and interface with a range of stakeholders (technical in different areas/ managerial etc). Act as a go-between project Managers and PEMs
* Technical leadership, understanding of design activities across a range of disciplines
* Provision of support to multi-disciplinary team and to a portfolio of projects
* Provision of waste management and decommissioning expertise
* Supplier engagement, writing specifications and placing contracts
* Low level business development – identify and progress opportunities on behalf of client.
* Deliver/assist wider client UK projects.
* Technical input to bids and quotations.

Experience/Qualifications required:
* You must be a Chartered Engineer.
* Have 8-10 Years' experience, some of which on major projects.
* Significant project delivery experience as PM/PEM or Lead Engineer
* Waste management experience
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Working knowledge of other disciplines (CE & I, Process, CS & A)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Supplier engagement and or commercial management experience
