£85-90K plus extensive benefits package
To be successful in this role you will come from a Technical Architect background and will be familiar with the responsibilities listed below:

Aligned to the Program, provide across boundary knowledge and advisement to the Snr Program staff
*
Provide Input to Business Case, Commercial Contracts, deliveries programs and expertise
*
Provide governance guidance for Projects, Proof of Concepts, and any MSP escalations
*
Provide Authorities Guidance as part of any Project escalation / Problem management / Troubleshooting
*
Document and create/inform Statement of Requirements for new Business needs
*
Document and create/inform Business Cases, with input to costing / resource / MSP Deliveries
*
Define High level project scope and deliverables
*
Define a resource plan with the Program leads, and define expected roles and reasonability
*
Provide the guidance what Technical SME are required for the programs of work, if Authority or MSP deliveries
*
Understand CMO, AS-IS, Exit and Transition, Operational Coherence to future state
*
Document High Level Designs where the Authority is reasonability
*
Governance Reviews of High/Low Level Designs where the MSP is reasonability
*
Provide input or and collaboration to service design package (SDP)
*
Review HLD/LLD Designs by the MSP
*
Document R&D, TRRA, LSRB for programs to support program deliveries to get ATT/ATO/ITAO, requires working across groups OSM/DCO
Due to the highly secure nature of this work all applicants will be required to gain UK Security Clearance to at least SC level. You must be a British National who has been resident in the UK for at least the last 5 years and you cannot have been outside the UK for more than 28 days on any one occasion within this time.
