Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Administrative Assistant looking to bring your well-rounded skill set to a busy office? This is an ideal opportunity to join a leading beverage distributor near Chiswick Park, who are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Are you highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio with a strong interest in data analysis? The successful Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for the IT Department and will be able to build business relationships to efficiently collaborate across departments for special events, meetings and projects.

The Role:

The Team Assistant role will include.

Handle with confidence, and without supervision. Manage executive diaries. Organise travel arrangements, IT/team meetings and team events, as well as routine correspondence and enquiries to the department.
Update and review PowerPoint presentations and Communication supports (emails, announcements, others) as needed, including various IT Organisation Charts using PowerPoint and/or Visio.
Compile expenses. Process all invoices making sure all are coded and approved for payment.
Provide all procurement of hardware and software for the team including creation and receipting of purchase orders
Management of MIS customer services maintenance contracts and maintain the company excel tracker for operating and capital expenditure. What we are looking for in an Administrative Assistant:

At least 2 years administrative experience.
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio with a strong interest in data analysis
A self-starter with a flexible, dependable and committed attitude to work.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise an ever changing workload.
