Teaching Personnel are seeking a dynamic and passionate Teaching Assistant to join team a secondary school on the outskirts of Bury St. Edmunds. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the education sector and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
Previous experience as a teaching assistant is preferred, but not essential. We welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow in the education field.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting teachers in the delivery of lessons
Assisting with the supervision and management of students
Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
Participating in school events and activities
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team. A flexible and adaptable approach is essential in this role.
