* Assisting the residents to get out of bed every morning and into bed at night

* Support with personal care, including toileting, dressing and undressing

* Ensuring Person Centred Care is met, whilst respecting your residents with dignity and compassion

* Promoting independence through everyday tasks and decisions

* Serving food and drinks, assisting with feeding where necessary

* Recording of resident’s logbook and food/fluid intake charts (whether paper or electronic)

* Promoting various activities with the residents and promote community access

* Under housekeeping tasks such as laundry, making beds, light cleaning and cooking

* Answering all incoming calls and bells
