This is a varied and rewarding role, focusing on supporting and coaching apprenticeship learners throughout their learning programmes in readiness for End Point Assessment. Responsibilities Include
Responsible for the support and development of a caseload of up to 45 learners.
Monthly remote or face to face coaching visits with learners.
Accurate and timely evidence documentation using our e-learning platform.
Input into Curriculum design and programme building.
Support towards learner completing Maths and English Functional skills.
Uphold the company’s core values including the Prevent agenda, British values and our commitment towards the safeguarding of their learners.
Commitment to own Continuing Professional Development.
Occupational competence in Management /Project Management- 3 years min. (required)
Experience in coaching individuals or teams (required)
L&D experience (desirable)
Experience of working with people with Special Educational Needs or
Experience in teaching Maths and English up to L2 (desirable
Working knowledge/understanding of safeguarding desirable
Teaching qualification (desirable)
L5 Management Qualification. (desirable)
Maths and English at L2 • High level of interpersonal skills, communication and professional conduct.
High level of attention to detail and a “right first time” attitude
Good IT skills and willingness to adapt to new systems.
Good practical ability and English and Maths
Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Hours: Full time.
Vacation: 22 days + 8 public holidays.
