Site Manager – Crowborough – New Build Residential development – £230 to £240 a day – This role will go temp to perm after 8 weeks on a salary of around £60,000 to £65,000 per annum

Our client are a residential developer who have sites across the Southern Homes Counties, and they are looking for a No1 Site Manager to deliver a project in Crowborough. Follow on work after this project will be in either Sussex, Surrey or Kent

This would be an ideal position for a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager that lives within 45 minutes of Crowborough towards the coast, or an hour further inland due to the locations of follow on projects.

Our client would be very keen to speak to someone with a mixed experience of commercial and house building

This is a genuine temporary to perment opportunity, with a salary around £60,000 to £65,000 per annum

Key requirements for a Site Manager applying for this role:

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* Ideally Black CSCS Card but not essential

* Experience working at this level on similar scale developments, either commercial or residential (both would be a massive bonus)

Projects you will be involved with:

* New build Residential developments

* Very high end specifications

* Build to sell & Housing association works

Package on offer for a Site Manager:

* £230 to £240 a day

* Temporary to Permanent
