What will you be responsible for?
* Answering the Property Helpdesk and Site Operator phone
* Dealing with calls and logging information.
* Administration duties for the Estates Development Control Process (Internal Planning Process) and also for a Facilities Management Contract.
* Coordinate works with service suppliers
* Arranging meetings, minute taking, compiling KPI / SLA information for review
* Day to day administration of a facilities management contract
