Testo Ltd. are looking for a Loyal, Motivated & Committed long term member to contribute towards service work & lead our service department.

Primarily the service supervisor’s role will be to Assess, repair and quote incoming service jobs. Predominantly of an industrial and commercial nature. More specifically the less common instrumentation will need to be mastered. Full training and hand over will be

Service Supervisor

Responsibilities will include:

Monitoring of Flue Gas & Manifold Calibrations.

Distribution of resources within the department.

Provide assistance to customers & to service technicians on the following:

Faults with equipment

Explanation of quotations

Pricing of repairs / calibration

Status updates on jobs / repairs (mainly to order processing)

Assistance & Guidance with problems that arise

Provide full support towards ensuring the department KPIs are met, achieved by:

Reporting directly to the operations manager

Good output of quotation and calibration work

Whilst keeping a high accuracy of work

Having good attention to detail

Full assistance to colleagues

Ensuring the customer receives the best service possible

Participate in achieving department NPS and contribute towards improvements made to improve NPS

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and each job is handled with due diligence

Drive Improvements and work-place efficiency.

Disseminate information to the service team.

Carry out all reasonable requests.

Assist & lead the inspection of goods returned for credit

Maintain stock organisation and reduce discrepancies

Assist with the mobile calibration of flue gas analysers which may involve overnight stays.

Partake in the completion of online academy modules with a wanting to improve your knowledge.

Applicant skills must include:

GSCE 5 A-C or equivalent or higher must include Maths & English.

Technical Skills and background of repair roles

Calm & sensible approach to problem solving with customers

Should be able to solve minor service issues with little guidance.

Must be to make logical, well thought out decisions.

A good level of excel knowledge.

A very good level of PC work, preferably having used SAP or a platform where reports have been generated, touch type desirable.

Able to create work instructions

Logical approach to workplace efficiency.
