We are a specialist Data Engineering, Cloud and Analytics consultancy focused on supporting our clients in successfully delivering on their digital transformation programmes. Our aim is to ensure we deliver value from our client's data using innovative approaches that improve their data capabilities, analytics and data governance.

Core responsibilities of the position:

* work with senior stakeholders to develop design concepts

* potentially have responsibility across complex products and services

* help set direction and embed good practice within teams

* Make important decisions based on research and understand how this research impacts others

Required Skills:

* Well conversant with Agile methodology

* Lead workshops

* Strong experience of working in UK Public Sector with good understanding of GDS/CDDO service manual

* Can create evidence and context-based design

* can demonstrate responsiveness to changes in technology, adapting your approach accordingly

* Understand user needs and how users interact with the service

* Interpret user research

* Explain ideas, pros/cons to reach agreements

* Create of prototypes

* Identify improvements to the service

* Understand how the technology is used to deliver a service.

Essential Requirements:

* Candidates must be resident in the UK and legally able to work without a VISA

* Candidates must be SC cleared or eligible for SC clearance (resident in the UK for a period of 5 years without a break exceeding 6 months)

* Remote with rare onsite requirement for meetings, ideally 2-hour commute.
