If you are a Senior Quantity Surveyor who comes from a Main contractor/Developer background and have experience leading a residential project of 100+ units, this opportunity may be of interest to you.

A vacancy on a brand new residential project has arisen due to company expansion, the company in question is a top developer and has a fantastic reputation within the market. The project is based in South London.

You will essentially be leading the project and your own small team
Responsible for procurement and management
Preparing CVR's
Will be helping to manage an Assistant QSRequirements

At least 8-10 years experience working within a Quantity Surveying position in the UK
An excellent approach to work and professional outlook on the construction industry
Main contractor/developer experience desiredStrong references

Computer literate
Excellent communication skills
Solid commercial acumen
Educated to a degree level or equivalent (BSc Quantity Surveying preferred)Benefits
