YourPrime is working with a growing software/systems vendor within the supply chain vertical who provides a Multi-Channel Supply Chain Software Application with various Integrations including ERP, OMS, TMS, WMS and automation/fulfilment systems. As well as this it integrates with people, processes and systems, enabling them to collaborate within the various phases of the product lifecycle through the use of smart, efficient and controlled digital solutions.

The right candidate will be a lead player in the team and is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of SAAS solutions, managing projects with new and existing customers. They will play a crucial part in supporting the setup of the professional services function.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage and deliver the end-to-end implementation of the SaaS solution for customers
Work with customers to conduct business process mapping engagements to understand business needs and propose recommended usage of the solution
Manage project milestones and the critical path to go live
Effectively manage and communicate project risks, issues and dependencies to the required stakeholders
Manage the creation of customers' standard operating procedures, end-user training and go-live preparation
Support customers in the necessary change management across all roles and departments
Efficiently coordinate cross-functional teams to support data migration, integration development and configuration of the SaaS solution
Coordinate with technology, data and services partners for customer implementations
Support in the expansion of solutions for existing customers and the rollout of new capabilities
Be an expert in the solutions and maintain an awareness of developments in the supply chain industry
Identify areas for continuous improvement in the implementation process
Collaborate with product management on feedback to improve the implementation process or development necessary for a specific customer implementation

Skills Knowledge and Expertise


At least five years of experience managing projects in a customer-facing role
Extensive experience managing enterprise SaaS implementations
Experience as SaaS Project Manager from a high-growth, early-stage tech company
Strong communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders
Understanding of system integration, such as EDI, API
Awareness of various project management methodologies
Experience with agile methodologies
Ability to travel

Use of project management tools, such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Teams, Asana
Project management and agile certifications
