Due to growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior People Partner to join our busy HR team. The role will support the delivery of an effective and pragmatic operational HR service across Liberty, with specific focus on complex ER cases and TUPE, in line with current employment legislation and the requirements of the business.
Key responsibilities for the Senior People Partner are:
Manage and coordinate large scale TUPE processes from start to finish.
Contribute to change projects to enhance and streamline processes and systems to boost value for money and deliver a great service.
Ensure that HR legislation, policies and best practice is understood and adopted by the operational management team through effective communication, coaching and support.
Line manage the People Partners and support them to manage and coordinate high volumes of employee relations casework.
What we are looking for in our ideal Senior People Partner:
CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, strong employee relations and TUPE experience along with excellent knowledge of the UK employment legislation and best practice. A strong team player with a highly organised and methodical approach, you’ll have the ability to coordinate, manage and balance multiple projects and meet deadlines within a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will have experience within a similar industry and must have the ability to undertake national travel and overnight stays.
