Senior HR Officer – Permanent – Salary dependent on experience – Agile Working

A highly reputable FMCG Manufacturer based in near flint is looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer to join the team on a permanent basis.

Working within a busy and supportive team your role will be to provide a broad HR advisory service to Managers across the business.

You will have a HR Generalist background and be accustomed to making decisions where necessary.

This is a very busy role and will suit an individual who isn't afraid of hard work, who can build strong relationships with all employees.

Operating as a HR Business Partner, your role as Senior HR Officer will include:

* Taking ownership for producing legally compliant correspondence and advice

* Building effective working relationships with your customers, stakeholder and vendor management

* Ensuring effective policies, processes and procedures are in place for the service and the business

* Driving employee engagement levels

* Coaching HR team members and supporting with end to end HR Administration Processes

* Administering pension auto enrolment in conjunction with our pension provider

* Multi level recruitment

To be considered for this role you will have experience of HR Systems, MI reporting and data analysis along with knowledge of performance management systems and maintenance of the life cycle.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive person who is comfortable in providing sound HR advice and case support. You will be able to work off your own initiative in a continuous improvement culture and most importantly enjoy continuous professional development, keeping abreast of employment legislation, industry trends and best practice.

The successful candidate will be fully CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification.

Candidates with previous experience in an FMCG Manufacturing environment would be preferable but not essential.
