As a result of recent new business wins and growth, our client is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their team. They are a boutique and fast-growing agency offering hybrid and flexible working looking for a self-motivated BDM to shape the Sales Department.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales with a passion for websites, SEO, Paid search & social media. The priority of the candidate will be to generate, manage and grow revenue from key business relationships and generating new clients.

Day-to-day duties of the role:

Meet and exceed targets for account activity and revenue
Negotiate and closure of new business
Develop sales strategies alongside the Commercial Director
Manage lead generation/marketing plans
Nurture relationships with key business
Understand and meet client needsWhat you will need to be successful:

Experience in a technical sales role (ideally agency side)
Strategic thinking with ability to translate ideas into sales
Quick learner with the ability to sell an array of digital products and services
Interest and passion for development trends
A friendly attitude with the ability to create rapport with client and colleagues
Proven ability to meet sales goals
Experience of growing sales in a digital agency
