Are you an experienced Receptionist/Administrator looking to work in a Liverpool secondary school?

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist on behalf of one of our Liverpool secondary schools. The role is to commence on the 10th January 2022 and will continue until 1st April 2022 with the potential to continue until the end of the academic year. The working hours are 8am – 4pm at an hourly rate of £10.50. The school is best reached by car as public transport is limited.

As school Receptionist you will meet and greet visitors, handle phone calls, send emails, deal with parents, staff, pupils and external agencies.

We are looking for an individual who has:
* Office or school administration/reception experience.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
* IT experience.
* A valid DBS check on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
* Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.
