A great opportunity has risen for an experienced scheduler to join my client on a full time permanent basis managing Engineers across the England, planning their diaries in the most efficient way.
Managing 9 Engineers across England
Schedule and organise all work which is raised by the sales team
Liaising with customer on date requirements
Providing teams with correct and relevant information to complete their jobs
Responsible for customer portals and websites
Accepting, progressing, invoicing and updating various work orders
Using an in house system to plan/ prioritise engineer's workloads
Assisting and solving any issues on site and contacting customers to ensure they can complete the work
Inputting and processing weekly and monthly expenses and timesheets
Responsible for organising 1-2-1 meetings and audits
Liaising with new and existing customers to organise any work and update them on any changes to the work
Various other ad-hoc duties as required
The right candidate will have/ be:
Previous experience in a similar position
Highly organised and pro-active
Strong geographical knowledge
Great communication skills with the ability to build relationships
The ability to manage your own workload and manage multiple changing priorities
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
A flexible approach to work
The ability to problem solve
A good sense of humour!
You will be working closely with a team of engineers, customers, internal teams and the Head of UK Sales so strong interpersonal skills are an absolute must. Our client is an innovative and market leading organisation where hard work is recognised.
