Due to the success of their Dorset offices, they have now taken the decision to open a Sales office in the Southampton area from the beginning of 2022 and as a result they are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who can oversee the initial set up and resulting growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who relishes the challenge of building and developing your own successful sales team. You will oversee the set up of the initial team and subsequently be responsible for the ongoing recruitment and management of a number of specialist sales agents. This can either be from the utilisation of your own personal network as well as through the use of external practices.
You will work closely with the Board members to ensure that the set up of the Southampton offices is a success and implements the same core values as their Dorset location.
Ideally you will have previous experience working in a similar environment, be highly motivated and be able to work independently, although you will receive full support from Head Office. The business has their own internal trainer who will oversee the initial onboarding of any new employees.
Setting and monitoring sales objectives.
Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
Keeping up to date with industry developments.
Be able to provide mentorship.
Updating board members of team performance
Basic salary Circa £45,000 depending on experience with an OTE estimate of £70,000pa
