We are recruiting for a fast-growing, forward-thinking business which, due to consecutive record-breaking years, is establishing a new sales team to develop into new areas within the business.
The basic starting salary is £23,000-£25,000/annum dependent on experience and there is also a fantastic commission structure in place; you can realistically expect to be earning £35,000/annum within your first year. You will, of course, be given full training in order to succeed.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional to join the business is an important stage of growth. This role will require the Sales Executive to create business pipeline opportunities by making outbound calls to prospective clients, developing and supercharging the relationship and selling the commercial services.
The skillset that you will need to have:
-be ambitious and have the eye to spot a business opportunity
-excellent communication skills and a good level of IT literacy
-be confident and concise: able to lead a conversation and advise when needed
-a determined desire to succeed and a highly motivated mindset
-ideally, sales experience within a target-driven environment but this is not essential: this is a personality-led role that will suit someone who is driven, tenacious, productive and organised!

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 7.00am-3.30pm with a lunchtime finish on the Friday!
