Salary: £30k basic (+ £10k OTE)

Sales Development Representative Package:

Sales Development Representative Role:
Undertake thorough research into target clients
Take responsibility for creating new business and opportunity via outbound prospecting and lead generation
Creatively use traditional and non-traditional means to connect with prospects – over the phone, via email, using social channels and by social selling, developing and implementing cadences
With the help of senior members of the team, devise an overall prospecting plan and outbound strategy for the business
Learn from your directors, remaining equable and resilient when meeting KPIs and targets set
Sales Development Representative:
Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Resilient and creative – able to objection handle and to handle rejection
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
