Orb are proud to be working exclusively with a leading retailer who are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Supervisor/Concession Manager who has a proven record of achieving results and is potentially looking for development to progress with the business in the future.

This is a fantastic role based in Kingston, within a flagship store for someone who is looking for a career in retail and would like development and progression.

The purpose of your role is ….

* Offering exceptional customer service and ensuring customers have a great experience when they visit one of our stores.

* Be an ambassador for our brand and your role is to uphold the brand reputation at all times.

* Partnering with your Host Store Management, offering required support to enable the concession to function smoothly and with great success.

* Take pride and ownership of driving results and delivering excellence.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Offer customers a positive and enthusiastic service

* Prioritising the customer’s needs at all times

* Offering great brand and product knowledge

* Adopting a positive approach to selling

* Resolving customer complaints

* Helping to build a customer base that returns to the store time after time

* Target Focussed in driving sales targets and KPI’s

* Actively monitor product levels, sales and react to business opportunities to drive sales.

* Communicate with other stores to support and ensure operational compliance.

* An understanding of how to use KPI / data provided to improve store performance

* Great communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style dependant on your audience
