This role would suit a Conveyancing Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant.
Joining a busy team that has excellent relationships with referrers and estate agents you will provide administrative support to a conveyancing department that offers career progression.
You’ll be IT literate and experienced in case management systems and Microsoft applications. You will have excellent communication skills including telephone manner, ability to file / scan documents, document production and typing.
If you have legal assistant skills and are able to progress files from start to completion too that would be very useful but you may be expected to cover admin duties also.
Salary to negotiation depending upon previous experience and technical skillset
