Blakely Scott are proud to be working with a prestigious learning disabilities charity, looking for a Registered Care Home Manager for their home in St Teath, Cornwall.

This is an exciting role which would suit an experienced Registered Manager, where you will be responsible for the line management of the support team within the home. The home has an established friendly staff team who support adults with Learning Disabilities.

The successful Registered Manager candidate will have a proven track record of managing budgets, have strong communication and leadership skills and have their Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or the equivalent). Experience of turning services around is desirable.

You will be accountable for the operational day to day and continuously improving the service, managing budgets, vacancies and ensuring the homes quality and compliance standards are met.

Recent and significant managerial experience in the Learning Disabilities field is essential for this Registered Manager position.

The role is based in St Teath, Cornwall and is commutable from Bodmin, Bugle, Wadebridge, Camelford, Delabole, Roche, Padstow and Liskeard.
