This specialist charity are looking for a competent and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the management of their Supported living and Outreach services across Northamptonshire. These services provide high quality care to adults with learning disabilities, autism and other associated needs.

Registered Manager Key Responsibilities:

Taking overall responsibility for the effective management of all aspects of the services, thereby ensuring the provision of the highest quality standards of care and support, driven by the needs of the individual.

You will lead, manage and direct the staff team, do recruitment, appraisals, disciplinaries and training.

To meet full compliance in line with the requirement of the regulatory body and relevant legislation.

You will be responsible for leading the outstanding care and management of all aspects of your respective services, ensuring individual outcomes are met for the people we support; maintain quality of service and strive to grow and develop the services, adapting to changing needs.

Ensure staff are fully trained with all mandatory training

To effectively multisite manage the services and lead with example.

Registered Manager Requirements:

Experienced as a Registered Manager and have multisite experience

A recognised social work qualification or a professional qualification relevant to working with adults at least at level 4.

A qualification in management at least at level 4.

At least two years’ experience relevant to social care within the last five years.

A positive, pro-active and flexible approach will be required

At least two years’ experience supervising and managing professional staff.

Driving license essential and access to own transport.
