BardWood Support Services are looking for candidate that can demonstrate the confidence, experience, drive, flexibility and determination to provide the highest standard of operational service within a busy environment. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to deliver an effective and efficient service to the client.

Location: South wales Area

Pay Rate: £20,500 per year

Working hours: 40 hours a week, Mon to Fri

Details on the role:

* Conduct return to work interviews.

* Work with client representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns.

* Check equipment, materials and stock levels

* Train and develop staff via (Impact Training)

* Assist with ad hoc cleaning duties where necessary

* Supervise quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained

* Conduct return to work interviews.

Your aim within the cleaning portfolio within the Region will be to supervise a team of cleaning staff, undertaking monthly quality cleaning audits of the site and ensuring staff are working productively and safely.

Requirements:

* Supervisory experience within the Security industry.

* SIA License – essential.

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

* To be self-motivated with acute organisational skills, where the ability to prioritise is critical.

* Excellent relationship building and customer service skills.

* An ability to demonstrate sound judgement and integrity.

* Good IT literacy.

* Current UK Driving Licence – essential.

* Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry desirable

* Attention to detail and high standards of work

Duties and responsibilities of the role:

* Ensure compliance with relative legislation, Health & Safety regulations and Client and Company policies.

* Liaise with the staff and management to ensure security duties are carried out to Client and Company specification ensuring agreed standards are maintained.

* Complete and submit site inspection reports and detailed incident reports as required.

* Ensure staff are trained and equipped to carry out assigned duties and Company standards are complied.
