BardWood Support Services are looking for candidates that can demonstrate the confidence, experience, drive, flexibility and determination to provide the highest standard of operational service within a busy environment. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to deliver an effective and efficient service to the client.

Location: South Wales

Pay rate: £21,500 per year

Working hours: 40 hours a week, Mon to Fri

Details on the role:

* Manage the time and attendance system within Healthcare & Education

* Manage the holidays and sickness

* Run reports and check the pay at the end of each month

* Report any findings to the Operations Managers

Details of the Role


* SIA licence (Manned Guarding) preferred

* Knowledge of PC based rostering systems, Timegate.

* Knowledge of creating rosters to suit levels of contractual requirement.

* Understanding of Security Rosters and Cleaning schedules.

* Knowledge of pay roll systems and ordering uniform/equipment

* Ability to follow policy and procedures

* Willingness to bring concerns to corporate attention via prescribed channels

Duties and responsibilities of the role:

* Manage the time, attendance system within Healthcare & Education, holidays and sickness.

* Run reports and check the pay at the end of each month

* Report any findings to the Operations Managers

* Ensure that all periods of sickness, absence and holidays are covered adequately.

* Report all impending shortfalls in cover to the Operations Manager.

* Ensure all details on “Timegate” are correct and maintained to a high standard

* Participate in any communication activities through formal and informal channels on safety matters to ensure that there is a free flow of ideas.

* Take responsibility for ensuring that plant and equipment is maintained and fit for purpose.

* Raise any concerns over Health & Safety breaches in accordance with Company Procedure.

Group Safety Support: You will be required to work closely with the Group Health and Safety team who are available to provide safety advice and support. Furthermore, you will be required to ensure that safety initiatives are implemented within your areas of control.
