Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a Regional HR Business Partner for a fast expanding retailer, to cover the South West Region.
This role is a field based role & on the road c4days per week partnering with the Regional & Area Managers to help deliver the people strategy & also coach & develop.
Multi site experience is essential.
As a Regional HR Business Partner your main responsibilities will be to:
Act as business partner to the Regional Manager to deliver a proactive, commercial and value adding HR service to region.
Responsible for improving key performance indicators such as labour turnover, performance management, absence levels, stability, headcount and succession.
Take accountability with the Regional Manager in maintain cost control for salaried roles in the region.
Drive the People strategy for the region in partnership with the Regional Manager and implement the Retail People plan aligned to Retail objectives and the broader People plan
Support and coach the Area Manager teams to engage and inspire their store management teams to deliver excellent service and standards
Embed a culture of driving talent and succession as a regional strategy to balance internal and external needs
Effective implementation of people change projects in conjunction with field managements team to ensure it lands right first time.
Identify and implement People process improvements that will drive cost and time savings
To share ideas and best practice across the People team to reduce complexity, duplication of effort and achieve better results.Salary c£40,000 -£55,000 + Car + Bonus
