Here at TeacherActive, we are looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join our successful and growing team!
You’ll receive industry leading training, and full investment from day 1. You’ll attend our head office for your initial induction, where our fabulous L&D team will take you through everything you need to know to transition into the TeacherActive way of things.
With the support of your senior management, on a day to day basis you’ll be fulfilling the duties of a 360 recruitment consultant within the education sector, whilst inspiring those around you. This includes business development and relationship building, to compliance, to all methods of candidate attraction, with the main focus being, to provide excellent cover and supply staff to our schools.
Progression routes are clearly set out from the get-go, so you know exactly what you need to do to progress to the next level, and with opportunities for both financial and leadership pathways, they sky really the limit!
That’s where you come in…
We have both Principal & Executive Consultant roles available. Salaries are up to £35k + uncapped commission with no threshold (depending on your previous billings)
What we’re really looking for is a forward-thinking mindset. An individual that’s hungry, driven and determined to succeed. The rewards can be exponential in recruitment, but we know all to well that it can be tough, so you’ll need resilience, and most of all motivation!
