Adecco Cardiff are recruiting for Receptionist Administration position based in Cardiff City Centre.

This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a salary of £19,443.61 per annum.

Responsibilities:

Provide front of house and reception services for the office
Operating the switchboard
Telephone enquiries (internal & external)
Handle couriers and post deliveries and collections
Keep reception area neat and tidy
Check e-mails and react accordingly
Adhoc tasks as per demandCandidate requirements:

Receptionist/switchboard experience
Excellent customer service and personable skills
Confident with Microsoft packages and learning new software's
