Permanent Receptionist / Administrator needed for a specialist main contractor in Soho*

Company: Medium/Large London-based main contractor

Role: Receptionist/Administrator

Location: Soho, London ; Full-time in office

Salary: £25k – £35k per annum

Duties may include:

Receptionist duties –

Front of house duties (meeting and greeting guests etc.)
Answering incoming phone calls
Deliveries
Meeting room bookings
Stationery orders Admin duties

Recording and issuing daily site figures
Meeting booking
Updating the system with newcomers and leavers
Assisting the Health and Safety team with administrative tasks Candidate Requirements:

Microsoft proficient
