Quality Assurance Co-ordinator

Location: Glasgow

Salary: £25k to £29k per annum

Experience: Quality Assurance/Administration/Customer service/Client engagement/Shipping

A bit about the role…

Maintain inspection/planning sheets.
Schedule and arrange vessel inspections and communicate vessel inspection planning and arrangement with the vessel and operations team.
Make applications for SIRE inspections through the in house booking portal.
Update internal system with inspection requests and inspection responses for vessels charterer.
Import reports into system upon release of the inspection report.
Input approved responses into the internal system
Upload closed inspection reports into the system
Maintain updated vessel trading certificates
Processing of vessel inspection invoices
Input data into internal and external reports (monthly and quarterly reports).
Provide information and reports related to vessel inspections to the Operations team when requested.
Provide administrative support for Integrated Management System document changes.
Provide trending, analysis of quality assurance performance, KPI reports and presentation materials.
Coordinate office audit schedules and agendas.
Any other duties assigned by line manager.A bit about you…

Excellent attention to detail
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Knowledge of maritime shipping industry
