To drive profitability through improvement in process stability and quality of products. Monitor process performance, flagging deviations, capturing and documenting learning. Develop workforce skills through capture of best practice and training
What you will be doing:
Capture best practise and document as standard process operating procedures
Ensure operators are trained against procedures
Monitor and proactively manage environmental compliance
Capture and reporting operational KPI’s
Manage the Laboratory personnel and facility
Support plant management team
Document operating procedures
Develop training materials and co-ordinate training with ops team
Improve process arising’s and reduce loses, through improvement of process control
Development of process and procedures to gain 14000, 45001 and 9001
Implement calibration procedure and schedule
Implement audit regimes
Monitor process quality/ performance through lab function
Collaboration with other key teams
Ensure all out going materials achieve customer specificationAbout you:
