I am currently recruiting for an Experienced Purchase Ledger to join a fantastic team based in Ormskirk. This is a temporary position for approximately 2 months with possibility to be extended for the right person.

Main Duties:

Moving requisitions to purchase orders
Processing invoices
Working closely with the Finance and Compliance Officer
Maintain filing and controls to meet company and audit requirements.
Provide general support within the finance team
Deal with queries and refer/escalate when necessary.It is important that you have Purchase Ledger experience as well as good experience of excel, ability to use office suit, outlook, SAGE and strong customer service skills.
