DURATION/Hours: 3-month initial contract/ 36 hours a week (Mon-Fri)
The primary purpose of the performance, compliance and data team is to support the Property division to deliver effective facilities management services across the estate. The council is seeking a Performance, Compliance and Data Officer to join the Facilities Management team to assist effectively and efficiently with the admin functions involved with managing the council's supply chain, procurement process and statutory compliance documentation. Also, to support technical officers and managers within the team and to provide excellent customer service to the service's range of stakeholders.
Person Specification, knowledge & experience:
You will have good communication skills and experience of using systems to manage data and work processes. This post holder will have a particular focus on customer service, taking responsibility for ensuring that tasks, including reactive maintenance and planned servicing, raised in the CAFM system (Concerto) via the outsourced helpdesk are completed by suppliers in accordance with the contractual performance standards, and liaison with the customer that has reported to the fault to keep them informed until completed.
You will also have excellent administrative skills and attention to detail, with a good knowledge of FM statutory compliance and health and safety issues, and experience of raising orders and processing AFPs and invoices.
