Property Manager / Maintenance Co-ordinator
Hornchurch
Highly respected and well established independent Letting Agent requires Property Manager / Maintenance Co-ordinator for busy Hornchurch office.
The main purpose of the role is to inspect properties, liaise with Tenants, Landlord, and contractors to arrange remedial works.
Salary: £25,000 + depending on experience
Full time including Saturdays (day off in the week)
Key Responsibilities:
* Booking and attending property inspections
* Planning maintenance works
* Instructing contractors
* Negotiating deposit disputes
* Booking gas, electrical & energy performance certificates
Requirements
* Excellent attention to detail
* Team Player
* Thrives under pressure particularly during busy periods
* Flexible and able to prioritise workload
* Reliable and committed to our work as well as the team
* Proven lettings experience – desirable not essential
* Knowledge of ALTO software – desirable not essential
* ARLA Propertymark qualified – desirable not essential
You must have a driving license and use of own vehicle
