Core responsibilities will typically include:
Work with the Sales Team, producing onboarding schedules for the prospective customers.
Arrange initial meetings to understand customer needs and design their onboarding process.
Communicate with all parties: customers, software suppliers, IT and integration partners.
Devise implementation schedules that accommodate all stake-holders’ needs.
Work with internal teams to schedule training, data migrations and quality checking.
Monitor and escalate any issues or potential timeline breaches to the Management Team.
Maintain a commercial awareness, ensuring that key deliverables/revenue targets are met.
Coordinate and oversee the workload of the Project Administrator.
Anticipate customer needs to enhance the quality of service and ensure customer loyalty.
To comply with all statutory legislation, identify and report any hazards.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Proven successful experience within Project Coordination or Project Management.
PRINCE2 Foundation & strong knowledge of waterfall project management.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to chair meetings and work with multiple stakeholders at once.
Ideally an understanding of software onboarding projects.
Growth mindset, positive attitude, a true self-starter with great energy.
