Key Responsibilities

* Establishing appropriate stakeholder engagement and governance arrangements

* Adhering to Together’s “Change Delivery Framework”

* Establishing clear plans setting out the necessary activities and accountabilities to achieve the desired delivery

* Securing the necessary resources (financial and people) from across the organisation in order to undertake the activities identified

* Managing to plans by way of monitoring progress, identifying and resolving issues, identifying and mitigating risks, reporting and escalating on a timely basis and securing necessary approvals through to the point of delivery
