We are looking for a Process Improvement Officer to join our team in Customer Operations. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £32,020 – £37,261 per annum (pro rata for part time)

The Process Improvement Officer Role

As the process improvement officer, you will work closely with our customer insight and intelligence officer to carry out projects related to improving Council processes for the benefit of our customers and to drive efficiency.

Your role will be to work closely with officers from across the Council to help to use tools such as customer journey mapping, root cause analysis and other lean/business process reengineering techniques to ensure that our processes are effective and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.

Our ideal Process Improvement Officer:

You will have excellent communication skills as you will be working across the organisation to drive significant customer-focused change.

The successful candidate will also have experience of techniques such as lean, six sigma as well as customer journey mapping to create efficient and effective processes for customers.
