Pest Control Supervisor – Dartford

Salary:  Competitive basic salary with additional benefits including life insurance, sick pay, personal accident insurance, pension scheme, employee assistance programme and 20 days holiday rising each year to max 25 days plus bank holidays.

The Role

This role will be responsible for all pest control works, including all pest control equipment, safe transportation and use of pest control materials as well as preparing and submitting detailed pest control reports and ensuring the team are fully compliant.  You will be required to lead the day to day operations efficiently within pest control.

Role Responsibilities:

Ensure all jobs undertaken run smoothly, efficiently and correctly by liaising with the operations manager and team leaders.
Supervise and organise teams on all sites of work
Make sure all team members have correct vehicles and equipment for their specified work
Liaise with the regional planner with regards to completed jobs plus jobs outstanding on a daily and weekly basis.
Carry out surveys and proofing recommendations for premises with pest control problems and eradicate all public health pest, including rats, mice, squirrels, cockroaches, bed bugs, wasps, as well as all types of wildlife such as seagulls
Endure all pest control paperwork is completed to meet company specification as per agreed SLA requirements
To identify extra pest control opportunities when carrying out the first stage treatment and quote accordingly
Assist with any technical support as required
Attend training and refresher courses as deemed appropriate
Maintain accurate records of visits made

Essential Skills & Requirements:

You will need a BPCA level 2 in Pest Control Management Licence and a full valid drivers licence. 

You need to have good geographical knowledge of the local area and experience of attending multiple sites per day. 

You should have good customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders ad experience leading teams.
