Due to growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Administrator to join our busy HR team. The role will assist in providing a pragmatic, accurate and comprehensive day-to-day administration service, dealing with routine HR queries and providing a full administration service across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities for the People Administrator are: 

Undertake the start to end administration processes for new starters, leavers and contractual changes.

Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll documentation including updating the HR system and passing relevant information to the Payroll Department.

Scanning and filing of documentation on the electronic Personnel files.

Ensure that data on the HR Information System is maintained.

What we are looking for in our ideal People Administrator:

A good level of education, strong administration experience along with good IT literacy including Outlook, Word & Excel. A strong team player with a highly organised and methodical approach, you’ll have the ability to coordinate, manage and balance multiple projects and meet deadlines, and provide an outstanding HR administration service to the business.
