Our client is a growing and international financial services company based on the Wirral. Due to an increase in workload within their busy and expanding team, they are currently seeking a Pensions Administrator on a temporary basis with the potential to be made permanent, as our client offers permanent contracts for the right candidate as well as the opportunity for career progression!
Your new role
As a Pensions Administrator you will manage and process cases for IFAs and customers, which will involve delivering an excellent customer service. You will work within FCA guidelines and proactively manage all customer cases in line with protocols and processes in place through systems. Additionally, you will carry out administration duties including responding to emails, answering the telephone, data entry and managing your workload effectively. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity for career progression!
What you'll need to succeed
Due to the nature of the role, you will desirably have experience in a customer service role and have a background an administrative role ideally within a financial services organisation, however full training will be provided if not! You will be seeking a role which involves development and career progression, and you will be driven and ambitious, with the ability to work in a fast-paced working environment, whilst delivering an excellent level of customer service. You must have an eye for detail, have excellent communication skills, able to work effectively within a team and have a proactive, can do attitude!
What you'll get in return
Working for an international organisation, you will have a temporary role with the potential for your placement to be made permanent, as this client offers permanent contracts for the right candidate with the opportunity for career progression within their highly progressive team! Your full-time working week of 35 hours will be spread across Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. You will be remunerated with an hourly rate equivalent to £19,000 – £20,000 depending on relevant experience, alongside access to free onsite parking and great local transport links!
