Part Time Office Administrator Job in Ferndown

Our client based in the Ferndown area is recruiting for a Part Time Office Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work in a friendly office environment with great training and flexible working hours. As an Office Administrator you will be involved in supporting the team with their paperwork, answering, and directing telephone calls, preparing quotations and adhoc administration duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Answering and directing telephone calls

* Preparing works orders for the factory

* Optimisation and ordering of materials

* Preparing quotations for clients

* Providing administrative support to the team

* General duties to assist the smooth running of the department

Knowledge and Experience:

* Confident user of the Microsoft Office package to include Excel

* Must be good with numbers

* Organised

* Good communication skills

Salary and Benefits:

* C£9.00 per hour
