Part Time Administrator

Our client a leading Asbestos Consultancy and Removal Plant company based in Norwich are actively seeking two part time Administrator’s to join their team on a permanent basis, the employer can be flexible on either working 3, 4 or 5 days, completing the hours of 08.30 – 17.00 each day.

* Are you confident Administrator looking for a new position?

* Do you have experience using Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, Outlook?

* Are you organised and able to prioritise your workload?

If so, then this is the role for you!

As the part time Administrator you will have a great telephone manner and excellent communication skills. Use of internal computer systems with full training provided.


Diary Management for Site Engineers

* Contacting Tenants / Clients / Customers via email and phone

* Scanning of samples collected

* Booking internal training courses

* Raising POs

* Diary management

* Ordering stationary

* Provide excellent customer service

* Contribute to overall success through teamwork and good communication within the company

* Telephone Answering; Internal and external calls, message taking

* Systems; Use of AlphaTracker, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

* Assist in other service administration as and when required

* Any other duties as deemed necessary to fulfil the role

* To communicate efficiently and express your ideas clearly and confidently at all levels verbally, in print and via the telephone.

* Not afraid to ask questions.

* Teamwork, ability to work confidently within a group and on own initiative.

* Time Management, ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and working to deadlines.

* Drive and determination to get things done, make things happen and continually looking for better ways of doing things.
