The role

We are looking for an experienced PA / Team Assistant to support leadership teams across Finance and Operations, the People team and to support the UK CFO and UK People Director in a PA capacity

Key Responsibilities

Understand the need for confidentiality

Proactive organisation and diary management for the CFO and People Director including
arranging internal/external meetings, client relationship management administration,
providing preparation materials, building in preparation time.

Arranging all travel requirements across time zones, including flights, hotel bookings etc. and
provide extensive travel itineraries

To provide practical and confidential secretarial administration for the Leadership team in
Finance & Operations and People

Assist with the organisation of internal events, to include preparation of presentations and
any other material when required

To provide administrative support as directed by the UK CFO or People Director and
proactively identify where additional support can be given

Create PowerPoint presentations slides for various meetings, ensuring they are to an
advanced standard and consistent with the brand guidelines

Taking and typing up of meeting minutes where required and collating and managing action

Skills & experience

Previous experience within a similar role would be preferred
Demonstrable experience of performing in a discreet and confidential manner
Accurate and efficient secretarial skills
Have a flexible and proactive approach
