Office & Stores Administrator – Job Share 08.30 – 17.30 (split to am/pm)

Are you looking for a flexible Administrative role? We have a fantastic job share opportunity, with our thriving manufacturing client in Milton Keynes. 

Working hours: 08:30 – 17.30 (Spilt to am & am/pm with a half-hour cross over)
Salary: £17,000 – £18,500

As an Office and Stores Administrator you will/ will be:

Dealing with goods inwards and outwards in a small internal storeroom located within the office
Accurately check part numbers and quantities against the relevant purchase orders and process on Sage
Labelling and packing of goods to company standards
Prepare deliveries to customers with the associated paperwork – courier labels, despatch notes
Attend to courier drivers on their arrival for delivers and collections of goods
Processing of sales orders and generating supplier purchase orders, credit checking, distributing supplier order confirmations, and issuing updated customer acknowledgements, customer invoicing and assisting with order backlog control.
Returned Materials (RMAs)
Maintain a clean, tidy, organised storeroom and workspace
Assist stock takes within the stores as required
Dealing with daily post incoming and outgoing
Managing your own email inbox/outbox
General office duties filling, photocopying, scanning, including ordering of consumables and stationery.
Assist with answering the telephone in a calm, polite and professional manner and distribute calls efficiently. As an Office and Stores Administrator you will need:  

Previous experience in a warehouse or office administrator capacity
Experience and confidence in using the full Microsoft Office suite
Previous experience or training in import and export would be an advantage
