Interaction Recruitment are working with this Peterborough based business in recruiting for an Office Manager on a full time, permanent basis. 
 
The Office Manager will be responsible for customer care, spare parts sourcing, daily order processing, credit control, stock control and administrative duties. This role is a hands on position – you will be responsible for goods inwards and outwards and will need to understand the product 
 
The Role:- 

– Setting up new customer accounts, processing orders 

– Raising credit notes where necessary 

– Process all incoming customer repairs and outgoing lone equipment 

– Communicate with suppliers abroad to source items 

– Provide service assistance to resolve technical product questions and issues 

– Liaise with field engineers on warranties, spare part orders, service calls 

– Full stock control including organisation and traceability of stock 

– Answering all incoming calls 

– Dealing with Customer queries 

– Deal with stationary, vehicle leasing, insurance correspondence 

The Person:- 

– Candidate should be used to work independently and alone in office environment. 

– Knowledge of Sage line 50 software packaging is helpful 

– Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential 

– Manual handling will be involved in dealing with the product 

– Knowledge of stock control 

– Good attention to detail 
 
What's on Offer:- 
 
– Salary of up to £25K 

– Hours are Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5pm Mon – Fri 

– 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
