Our professional client is seeking an Office Assistant to join their established office in Wilmslow. This role will be providing a high-quality service to their clients and colleagues within the office. This professional office has a creative and positive culture and are hugely successful within their field.
Reporting to the Office Manager, this varied role will include the following duties:
Welcoming visitors to the site.
Setting up for onsite events and organising elements such as refreshments, catering room layout etc.
Ensuring there are sufficient levels of stationery and supplies for the office.
Setting up meeting rooms.
Dealing with the post, scanning, and distributing.
Welcoming new starters to the business.
Archiving and document retrieval.
Performing all manners of admin tasks and supporting the team as needed. Candidate Requirements:
Proven organisational skills.
Someone who is accurate with a high attention.
A smart and professional individual.
Someone who is confident within MS office packages- work excel and outlook. Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
Salary: £20,000 per annum
